Individual Performance and Life Coaching
Purpose: Process, Content, Duration: A series of 6@ 1-1.5 hour customized one-one individual coaching sessions following the proven “On Purpose People Perform” coaching process. Includes weekly self-reflection and introspection assignments that will enable you to rediscover your true passion and purpose in life and in work.
A Common Coaching Process
- Develop trust, rapport, credibility and buy-in to the coaching relationship
- Rediscover their root passion, motivation, opportunities and career objectives as the fuel for these changes
- Create a clear vision with short term and long term results with major milestones, key initiatives, guiding principles and methodologies
- learning and applying the “principles of performance”
- Analyze the current state, do a gap analysis against the desired state and identify personal obstacles, barriers and their impact personally and organizationally
- Deal with derailers; focus on strengths and ensure weaknesses are not showstoppers
- Develop strategies, actions, discipline and accountability to achieve this desired state
- Review progress, re-inspire commitment, work through challenges weekly
- Recognize small quick wins, acknowledge behaviour changes and celebrate successes
