Employee Engagement & Performance Workshop
Purpose/Objectives: To help employees rediscover their true passion in their work which results in doing the best job they possibly can and raising their level of employee engagement and performance.
Process, Content, Duration: An interactive workshop learning experience (6@ 1-1.5 hour weekly sessions or 3@ 3 hour sessions) with weekly assignments for self-reflection and introspection of their passion and commitment towards their work. As well, a critically important support and reinforcement process that includes; pre & post observations from Managers, monthly tele-coaching calls and a 90 day follow-up session is included. We facilitate a group through this formal process that addresses all the elements that naturally occur in the natural process of rediscovering one’s passion and engagement.
Session Format:
- Engage the audience
- Provocative premise about principle that captures their attention
- Discuss the principle and it’s benefits; define the principle, share examples, share inspiring powerful personal stories of those who have successfully experienced it and its benefits
- Experience / implant it emotionally intellectually and interactively
Workplace Applications: with small to large organizations, associations and in Public Workshops at all levels (especially front-line employees) to;
- Re-engaging a group of employees from the same unit and mixed group of employees from different units
- Engaging new employees through a New Hire Orientation Program that enhances internal processes and outcomes
